Happy Birthday Butterfly!!!!

Today is my Birthday and I am soooo excited. I have been waiting to write this blog for some time now and I really wanted to save it for my birthday. I am a wife to the most amazing husband on the planet and mom to two amazing kids. I am also a personal trainer who is training for the marathon here in Austin in February and I have a strange passion for raw and living foods (strange to say raw and living since they are the same thing).

I'm starting this blog because I wanted to share how wonderful my life is with the world and how grateful I am for the life I lead. Now struggles happen because they are a part of life and this is how we grow but life is to be celebrated even when it is hard. Struggle it's how butterflies are born and how they earn the right to fly. Right now I'm wiggling my wings out of my cocoon and looking forward to flying. I am nervous because I've never flown before but I am more exited to smell the fresh air in flight.

You are so wonderful! Thank you for working so hard to be a wonderful wife. I couldn't get through my days without you. I have full confidence in your abilites to take care of things when I am not there. It allows me to focus on what I have to do thank you so much! About you the proverb is true,

A wife of noble character who can find? She is worth far more than rubies. Her husband has full confidence in her and lacks nothing of value. She brings him good, not harm, all the days of her life. She selects wool and flax and works with eager hands.
She is like the merchant ships,
bringing her food from afar.
She gets up while it is still dark; she provides food for her family and portions for her servant girls. She considers a field and buys it; out of her earnings she plants a vineyard.
She sets about her work vigorously; her arms are strong for her tasks. She sees that her trading is profitable, and her lamp does not go out at night.
In her hand she holds the distaff
and grasps the spindle with her fingers. She opens her arms to the poor and extends her hands to the needy. When it snows, she has no fear for her household; for all of them are clothed in scarlet. She makes coverings for her bed;
she is clothed in fine linen and purple. Her husband is respected at the city gate, where he takes his seat among the elders of the land. She makes linen garments and sells them, and supplies the merchants with sashes. She is clothed with strength and dignity;
she can laugh at the days to come.
She speaks with wisdom, and faithful instruction is on her tongue. She watches over the affairs of her household and does not eat the bread of idleness.
Her children arise and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praises her: "Many women do noble things, but you surpass them all."
Charm is deceptive, and beauty is fleeting; but a woman who fears the LORD is to be praised. Give her the reward she has earned,
and let her works bring her praise at the city gate.

Hi there Mrs. Nestor,

Bein the health guru that you are I have a few questions. BTW I like the Psalm Nest quoted for you.

Couple a years ago the doc told me I had acid reflux, so I drastically changed my diet (cut out most fast food and cokes; ate more veggies..you know). Quit smokn (for a short time) 'bout six months ago; started eatn like crazy. Started smokn again so I'd quit eatn so much...I know...crazy logic.. I want to quit smokn again, but I'm afraid I'll eat like a pig again. Any suggestions (forget exercisn, my work's physically demandn enough).

This is kinda like Dear Abbey...

Signed,
Enthusiastic Eater
