4 C Bone broth
1lb Chicken
8 oz Ham
8 oz Mushrooms
1/2 Onion
1 bunch Collard greens
4 Tbsp Butter
1/2 C Cream
Salt to taste
Pinch Cayenne pepper Totally not the original recipe but reeeeeeeally good. This usually has potatoes but I omitted them in favor of a lower carb soup but please include them if you like.
