Einkorn Bread

I've made this several times and it works great every time. Please also consider that I'm at high altitude, so if you are at sea level you might need to adjust a bit less flour or a bit more liquid 😊.
3 1/2c einkorn flour 
3 tbls sugar
1 tbls yeast 
1 1/4 tsp salt 
1 tsp xanthan gum 
1/2 c luke warm water 
1/4 c melted butter 
3 eggs 
-Mix dry ingredients then add wet and mix until a very sticky dough forms. Knead with GF flour. Form into a loaf and place in loaf pan. Let rise for 60-90 minutes. It won't completely double in size but it will rise. Bake at 350F for 30-35 minutes. The loaf should sound hollow when knocked on. Try to let it cool before you cut it, the texture will be better.
