Prepare kombucha tea with SCOBY.
Forget about it for months (honestly, I forgot when I made this).
Now you have 2gal of kombucha vinegar.
Clearly a case of laziness gone right 😂. Because this is not the first time, I can say from experience that this works just as well as apple cider vinegar on everything you would use ACV. The vinegar also does a great job preserving the SCOBY so that it's ready to use anytime.
