Sometimes the struggle is real and one must make chocolate bars themselves 😥. I had a choc attack last night. I couldn't concentrate on anything, all my thoughts were consumed by chocolate. I came up with this *slap yo mama* delicious bar that I've been snacking on today.
1/4C Peanut butter
3Tbls Cocoa butter melted
4Tbls Coconut oil melted
2Tbls Powered sugar sub. (I used erythritol and a squirt of stevia)
2 1/2Tbls Cocoa powder
Opt. Sliced almonds
Mix together and, if you have almonds or other nuts put them on top. I let my mixture set in the freezer, then broke in to pieces.
