Gluten-Free Blueberry Muffins

Made my fam blueberry muffins this morning for breakfast. This is a faithful recipe and it makes 24 cupcake sized muffins. 
3C GF flour
1C sugar
3/4tsp salt
1Tbls baking powder 
Big pinch nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp xanthan gum 
3/4C butter (melted)
3 eggs 
1 1/2C milk
1 1/2 tsp vanilla 
1 1/2C blueberries 
Preheat oven to 375F. Mix dry ingredients then add wet. Lastly fold in blueberries. Bake in cupcake sized tins 15-18 minutes. In bigger muffin tins 25-30 minutes.
